Fixed zirconia O₂ analyser for boiler flue. Combustion measurements show how much fuel leaves the boiler as excess air and hot flue gas, and keep the boiler house safe.

Why it matters

• Every 1% of flue oxygen above the target typically costs about 0.5–0.7% more fuel.
• A steady O₂ reading is the basis of O₂ trim control, which keeps excess air low as the load changes.

Connecting to Plantmargin

Wire the 4–20 mA output to a gateway analogue input. Plantmargin reads flue oxygen, temperature or gas level every 10 seconds through the edge gateway, stores it for years as hourly figures, draws it against its normal band, and uses it in cost per unit, alarms and verified savings. The installer pack for your plant lists the exact register or channel to use.

Installation

• Fit the probe in the flue after the last heat-recovery surface, where gas is well mixed and there is no air ingress.
• Analysers need periodic calibration with reference gas; we can include it in a service visit.

Warranty and support

• Manufacturer's warranty, usually 12–24 months from delivery; the exact period is stated on your quotation.
• Supplied with the datasheet and manual; calibration or test certificate where the product has one.
