IE4 induction motor 37 kW, 4-pole, 400 V. A super-premium-efficiency motor to IEC 60034-30-1. Over its life, a motor's electricity costs many times its purchase price, so the higher efficiency usually pays back on motors that run most of the day.

When to replace
