Plantmargin edge gateway Pro (DIN-rail, dual SIM, OPC UA). It reads every meter, drive and instrument in the plant over Modbus (and OPC UA on the Pro), buffers 30 days of readings if the network is down, and sends them securely to Plantmargin. It only sends data out: there are no open ports.

Security

• Outbound HTTPS only; the device key is tied to one plant.
• Setpoint writing is off until the client signs acceptance, and then limited to agreed points within limits.

Installation

• Mount in a clean, ventilated enclosure in the electrical room, on a non-essential supply that stays on during production, ideally with a small UPS.
• We configure it before delivery with your plant's signal list (the installer pack).

Warranty and support

• Manufacturer's warranty, usually 12–24 months from delivery; the exact period is stated on your quotation.
• Supplied with the datasheet and manual; calibration or test certificate where the product has one.
• Installation, commissioning and connection to Plantmargin can be quoted with the product.
